Stuck In The ER
June 10, 2009
Well Monday after lunch, I had a terrible headache, that was hurtinbehind my left eye. it was unbarable, then came out my lunch! Yuck, I know. The headache wouldnt go away so I was rushed to the ER. I spent about 6 hours there as they ran tests to see what was the cause of all this. First, the Dr. thought it was sinusitous, then he thought it was congestion because of the cold I had, then he said it maybe migraines. So the blood work and scans came back and it had to do with my pancreas. Pancreas?!! what in the world did I do to my pancreas, I was shocked, I really did not know what to think. I got very worried the Dr. asked me to take it easy and not stress about things. So here I am taking some medication for this headache and for my pancreas. I hope everything turns out ok. He said drink a ton of fluids, lite diet and plenty of sleep. He said my situation can get worse if I dont handle this the right way. I’ve never been sick like this, or ever been rushed to the hospital. Well, except that one time when I got beat up. but anywho thats my news for this week.

We’ve been praying for you. Hope you are doing better.
Hi Alex,
I didn’t know about all of this, and you in the ER. I pray you are all well now. Just mainly wanted to tell you that I, and many others too, I am sure, miss you very much. I understand you are back in Chicago. I hope and pray all is well with you, my friend. If you ever get back down here, you have a family here at Life-Pointe Church. I just found out last Sunday, from Jessie and Reina, that they are leaving us, and I was so shocked, and saddened, and tears flowed. Sorry that I didn’t get to say goodbye to you, you are always loved and missed here, for sure. The best to you always, God’s best. Send me an e-mail sometime, and let me know how you are. Love Ya, my brother in Christ Jesus!! Keep in touch!
