We spent Monday and Tuesday down at the Keys painting the new church. When I first started on Monday morning I was horrible…lol Then by the end of the day Tom Little came by and taught me some stuff. It was very tiring though, we spent the whole day just painting and getting things ready for the Launch! Exciting stuff. Come Tuesday morning we stopped to get some coffee, and I was ready to go. I painted the soon to be cafe. I think the name should be “Vintage Cafe.” The new church looks really awesome. I am a fan of the vintage look it has. Honestly I kinda like the setting there better than the theatre! lol but I am glad it is part of LPC. I think I did an ok good job painting this time around. I need more practice with my edging, I suck at that! These past 2 days were fun, yesterday I got to meet a drummer from the keys, his name is Tommy and has some of the coolest vintage drums I have ever seen. He had both drum sets that the drummer from Led Zeppelin used when he played live and the one he used in the studio. Then he showed me this Rogers snare that he had, it was amazing. Then he took out the Beatles drum set the one Ringo Star used, that thing was SICK! I can talk drums all day, No Joke. So that was my Tuesday. The Cure was awesome last night too. The middle school students brought up some great conversations, we read about the temptation of Jesus, and it is awesome to see that we have some warriors, who will defend God till the end! This is awesome. This is a season of change for me and growth and I am happy to see young revolutionaries who are not afraid to stand up for Jesus. What will people think when they hear that we are Jesus Freaks? Who Cares what they think! This Sunday is our last youth service at the theatre and we are excited about it, the film and play we are working on is really going to be something scary… yes Scary!! So Get READY!

Well all I have to say today is Worship was great! I don’t know that did it for me this morning. I was feeling horrible, my stomach was killing me as well. It was awesome to see Kelly give her testimony about this past week. I mean you never know how many lives will be touched just by her standing up and just expressing her feelings, but also never losing faith. “by his stripes we are healed.” Kudos to you Kelly!!! We kicked off the Art Of War this week, I have to say this one is my favorite series this year. The first service was full of energy, we kicked off with a new song. It was booming!! I sat in the second service again this week. This is what its all about. Building our alliance and getting ready for our spiritual battle that we are heading for. The more we advance the kingdom the more we will be attacked by the enemy. The fact that it already started with Kelly means that the enemy will come and try to attack any one of us and steal our peace. I have decided to start my morning prayer. The 6 am wake up call. if you are up to it join The Cure from this week on as we rage war against our enemy. 3rd service was full! New faces exciting things happening in the Keys, And I just can’t help it God is moving right in front of our eyes and we just have to spread the kingdom asap! I can’t wait to see what is next.
The Cure Is Working on its first play/film that will be the scariest thing these homestead students have ever seen! Thats all I have to say. The title is “A Dream Made Into Reality”
